We have designed this website for your convenience and ease of use. Any visitor may view the stones we currently have in stock but only those visitors that register with us and login using their user name and password, may view the price and associated certificate of a particular stone. To obtain your password, you will need to register with us first, providing us with your personal details, all of which are kept in the strictest confidence. This registration is free. 

For your free login, click the GO button on our home page, fill in your personal information in the required fields and click submit. We will assign a user ID and password to you within one business day. When you next visit the REXgems site, please login using your assigned user ID and password on the home page. This will allow you to view the price and grading certificate of a particular stone at any time during your visit to our site.

To view a stone, choose a cut (e.g. round, marquise etc.) and click on the relevant tab. All polished diamonds of that particular cut that we currently have in stock, will appear on your screen. You will find that stone’s unique properties (colour, clarity, carat weight etc.) as well as its price and certification details listed, in order to help you make your choice. To view the grading certificate in detail, click on "cert". You will need the Adobe Acrobat reader to view the certificate – if you do not have the Adobe Acrobat reader, you can install it free right now by clicking: Adobe Acrobat Reader

If you wish to search for a particular stone in a certain cut, you may customise your search by carat, clarity, colour or price. Available stock will then be shown according to your preference. 

When you have made your selection and wish to purchase a REXgems polished diamond, click on "buy" and a printable order form will appear on your screen. Please print out this page, as it contains the details of your specific order and fax it to us on the number given on the order form. When we have received your order by fax, we will reserve the stone for you and remove its details from our website. You then have 48 hours in which to pay for your stone. Please note that we only accept payment by wire transfer – our banking details are on the order form. Upon receipt of your payment, we will deliver the stone to you. All delivery is undertaken by Brinks or Malca Amit, the specialists in diamond transportation. 

The properties of each stone have been carefully assessed and graded according to GIA and HRD classifications and are accompanied by relevant certification. The stones are sold in perfect condition, with the exception of any natural flaw as mentioned on the accompanying certificate, and which are naturally present in the stone itself. Our gems are completely natural and have not been enhanced nor treated to improve their appearance. We assume no responsibility for any defect or flaw other than that mentioned in the accompanying certificate and consequently the agreement to purchase a particular stone signals the purchaser's acceptance of any inherent natural defect. Every care is taken to provide full information about each stone available for purchase on the REXgems site, and as such, the purchaser is deemed to have both read and fully understood the properties of each stone prior to making a purchase. Consequently, each purchase is final and stones cannot be returned after their purchase.

Your profession and country of residence will determine, whether you have to pay Belgian VAT:

1) EC residents
For European residents and private customers, Belgian V.A.T. of 21% is added to the invoice. For professional dealers or jewellers, VAT will not be included, provided a valid VAT-number is supplied.

2) Other countries
Outside of the EU, no Belgian V.A.T. will be added.  However, international clients are responsible for any customs tax or duties, payable in their home country.  Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
